Ailee balances warmth with accountability, supporting clients to reconnect with themselves and take meaningful steps toward change.

Her approach combines empathy and humour with practical strategies that help clients take action; whether it’s setting goals, building new habits, or breaking old patterns that no longer serve them. Ailee draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, blending structure with flexibility. She also draws from an Adlerian psychodynamic approach and attachment theory when discussing relationships, family dynamics, and the impact of early life experiences.
Ailee believes that therapy is most effective when it feels real and human. She values curiosity, compassion, and connection, bringing these qualities into every session. Her genuine and light-hearted nature allows clients to feel safe showing up as their full selves.
