About Lauren Legere

Hi, I’m Lauren. I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.
I’m the Founder and Clinical Director of Latitude, and I’m both a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. My path into this work has been shaped as much by my years in corporate sales as by my clinical training—giving me a unique perspective on what it means to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

My approach is holistic: I believe that mind, body, and spirit are deeply connected, and true healing comes from addressing each of these layers. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, habits, and narratives that may be keeping you stuck, and build the tools you need to move forward with more clarity, resilience, and fulfillment.

I bring warmth, practicality, and a bit of real-world grit to my sessions. I know what it feels like to push through burnout and to question your sense of identity, and I’m here to help you create space for a life that feels both sustainable and meaningful.

Please note: as Clinical Director, my rates are higher than the rest of the team.
